Thermogenic is one of the highly regarded fat burners in the Amazon market, though its customer reviews are still limited as of this writing.
Using a brand name that primarily represents fat burning, “Thermogenic” simply means that it is an energy-boosting and fat-reducing diet pill.
But can its fat burning claims results to weight loss? Can its formula truly help you lose some body fat and boost your energy levels? Read on and learn if this dietary supplement can help improve your weight loss program.

What is Thermogenic?
Thermogenic is owned and distributed by Abundant Health Labs, a US-based company that features different types of health supplements. Aside from selling from their official website, Abundant Labs also sell their products on Amazon.
With its brand name being very common to dieters, Thermogenic is obviously a “fat burner” that is designed to boost your metabolism and energy levels, while promoting fast and natural fat reduction.
Some of the claimed health benefits of this supplement include:

Thermogenic Ingredients
Like most fat burning pills in the market, Thermogenic is packed with known slimming agents that are natural and chemical-free.
Its proprietary blend is at 570mg per serving and is composed of caffeine, erythropalum scandens, citrus aurantium (synephrine), white willow bark, peppermint extract, rauwolfia serpentine, coleus forskolin, evodiamine, green tea, raspberry ketones, garcinia cambogia, green coffee bean, African mango and Chinese hoodia.
Its inactive ingredients include gelatin capsule and magnesium stearate. Thermogenic doesn’t have artificial flavors, colors, preservatives or harmful chemicals.
How does Thermogenic Work?
Thermogenic works by triggering thermogenesis processes inside your body. When you say thermogenesis, it is the process of heat production that will lead to instant metabolism increase and energy boost.
The formula of this pill claims that it can provide these benefits by giving you fat burning agents such as synephrine, green tea, green coffee bean and caffeine.
All of the said ingredients can stimulate your body’s central nervous system, which help enhance your cognitive function and overall mental capabilities, as well as energy and metabolism increase.
Thermogenic also feature some known appetite suppressants such as African mango, hoodia extract, garcinia cambogia and raspberry ketone (which is also known to prevent fat formation).
All other ingredients in this pill however, are not proven effective for weight loss. These ingredients though can give you some other health benefits.
So Can Thermogenic Help You Lose Weight?
This product will NOT going to help you lose weight and here are the reasons why:
The Formula is not Potent Enough
Thermogenic only provides 570mg per serving formula, which I think is impressive and enough to trigger some measures of weight loss.
However, Thermogenic’s formula is composed of 14 ingredients. So 570mg is not potent enough if you divide that amount to 14 ingredients.
Most Ingredients in Thermogenic are NOT Known for Weight Loss
Thermogenic’s formula is consist of 14 ingredients but only eight of these ingredients are proven or studied to have slimming effects. All other ingredients are not associated with weight loss.
Lack of Customer Reviews
Thermogenic could have been more reliable and trustworthy if there are tons of customer testimonials online. As of this writing, there are only three Amazon reviews for this brand and that is not enough to consider this diet pill for your weight loss program.
Is Thermogenic Safe?
Thermogenic is NOT a side effect-free product due to its stimulant content.
To ensure a safe supplementation, you need to consult your doctor first before you take this brand.
Directions
As per Abundant Health Labs, you need to start by taking 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach, then you have to assess your tolerance.
If well tolerated, take an additional serving (1 capsule), 5 to 6 hours later in the mid. If tolerance is good, then an additional capsule may be added to your morning serving for a total of 3 capsules per day.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day.
Thermogenic Review Summary
