I used these for a while and they did work. I lost weight and had very little appetite. I did feel mildly nauseous at times, but not enough to make me stop taking them. Just wanted to give my review on the product…I do think they work for some weight loss by appetite suppression at least.

okay so I have never tried anything no other pills no other diet dang I guess this is the first time I’ve ever tried to try to lose weight I do work out and I’ve been taking it for a month now and I workout 3 to 4 times a week and I just needed something to help me boost lose weight becauseI guess I have a slow metabolism but I stay within the range of 118 to 125 and it hasn’t changed at all I can wait one week then I’m back to 118 one week now I’m back to 122 this pill has not done anything for me I really thought that it would help but not saying that it doesn’t change my appetite and it does give me energy and no I have not had no side effects I have not had no nausea or spending us none of that has happened to me so that is a good point of the bill because I’ve heard a lot of different kinds of products give those side effects but I’ve also read about this product that it does but not to me garlic and judge on that. But I haven’t lost any weight I’m shifting back and forth is not helping me at all

I took this XS One pill once a day in the AM before breakfast for 2mos. After a 1-2 weeks, it did surpress my appetite all-day and when I did eat, I ate minimul and was full quickly. Evan if I choose to snack later in the afternoon, I would snack just a little and stop…didn’t have any more cravings. This helped me loose the 5 pounds as I was on a Platau. I still need 5lbs more and I am switching to Xentrafen and Xentrafen PM to try something new and see by March I can loose those last 5lbs. Overall, this pill did work. Only side-effect I noticed, on some days I would feel nauseous but only for awhile….the fix would be a Geyler Sparkling water and it diminished.
