The proprietary blend of this brand features a 778mg per serving dosage, which is not considered weak but also not a strong amount either.

Can M2 Thermogenic Help You Lose Weight?
M2 Thermogenic might be able to trigger some measures of weight loss as it offers a lot of stimulants on its formula.
However, the effects are unlikely be long-term as our body normally builds tolerance which can hinder your weight loss. You need at least four weeks to reset your body’s tolerance to caffeine and resume losing weight.
According to Examine.com, you need at least 4 to 6 mg of caffeine per kilogram of bodyweight. That means you need at least 340mg per day of caffeine if you weigh 85 kilograms.
