Directions of Use

Axis Labs recommends that you start your dosage with a 1 capsule per serving to evaluate your tolerance. Gradually increase your dosage to 2 capsules per serving as your body adapts with Adipo-X proprietary blend.

Take one serving with 8oz of water 30 to an hour prior to breakfast and on an empty stomach. Add another dose in the early afternoon, also on an empty stomach. Remember not to exceed four capsules a day. Also, don’t take a dose 6 hours before bedtime as it can interfere with your sleep.
